What types of flooring are suitable?

Our patented fluffy mop heads are ideal for all types of flooring which includes hardwood, tiles, marbles, etc. We highly recommend purchasing DynaMop spin mops if you are using parquet(wooden) flooring because our spin mops can be very dry, preventing damages to the flooring.

What other colours do you offer?

Currently we are only able to provide champagne gold colour but we are working towards bringing different colours in the future.

What is the weight of DynaMop bucket pail with and without water?

Eco-Plunger (Hand Press): Without water – 1.5kg / With water filled to the maximum water level line – 8.0kg

Eco-Stepper (Foot Pedal) / Dual Function: Without water – 2.1kg / With water filled to the maximum water level line – 8.6kg

How many litres of water can DynaMop bucket hold?

All DynaMop buckets can hold up to 8 litres of liquid.

Can I buy DynaMop Fluffy Replacement Mop Heads to use on other spin mops?

Our fluffy mop heads are designed to fit DynaMop spin mops only. However, we have received feed backs from customers that our fluffy mop heads are able to fit in other spin mop brands.

Please note DynaMop Singapore bears no responsibilities for any damages to you and your property as a result of a mismatch of our mop heads and other spin mop brands.

How long can each mop head last before switching?

Each mop head can last an average of 10 to 12 months, depending on usage.

Where can I purchase the replacement mop heads?

It is available only from our online store. Alternatively, you may give us a call to place your order.

What are the common causes of failure in spin mops?

There are only 2 aspects of a failed spin mop, which is poor design and low cost material used to manufacture the spin mop.

Any mismatch of material especially for stationary and moving parts can result into abnormal wear and tear leading to premature product failure.


For DynaMop spin mops, compromising the quality of our spin mops to save on cost is never an option. We strongly believe that every customer has the right to receive a premium quality spin mop for the value paid.

Where are DynaMop spin mops manufactured?

DynaMop spin mops are produced entirely in Taiwan.

For strict product quality control and consistent performance, we do not use any parts or materials made from Mainland China

Do you have a shop?

We do not have a physical shop in Singapore as we operate an online business to keep cost low so that we can pass on the savings to you. However, should you wish to have a demonstration of our product without any obligations to purchase, feel free to drop us an SMS or call us!

Why are DynaMop spin mops more expensive than others?

Cost is the reason. We use brand new virgin quality plastic pellets instead of recycled plastics to manufacture each DynaMop spin mop, thus providing robust and reliable products. Furthermore, we use nylon material on areas like gear strips to provide strength and durability which prevent gear slippage over time, making the product last even longer.

What are the differences between DynaMop and other brands?

DynaMop is the original inventor of the spin mop concept, with international patents in the United States. Therefore, our products are specially designed and well made with quality materials, offering an alternative of using a quality product without worries of corrosion, leakage or breakage.

What are the differences between DynaMop Fluffy Mop Head Replacement and others?

Our microfibres on the DynaMop Fluffy Mop Head Replacement are sewn differently using in-house custom made machines to ensure it pick up dirt particles more effectively and releases back into the water effortlessly.

Our replacement mops are also priced reasonably and can be easily purchased online as compared to others.

DynaMop Fluffy Mop Head Replacement is the one and only unique mop head sold in Singapore, you will never find the same mop head elsewhere as we carry patents on it.

Can I purchase just the DynaMop bucket pail or the mop stick?

Yes, you could. However, we cannot assure you will get the best spin performance as we do not know your existing mop bucket pail or mop stick condition. If you are interested, you can contact us for a try out before purchasing!

Why some other spin mop brands have fanciful additions like agitators, drain outlets, soap dispenser and wheels while DynaMop does not?

DynaMop prides ourselves as the leader of R&D of centrifugal spin mops, we produce a premium and simple yet effective product to get the job done. Complicated and fanciful additions not only creates design and engineering flaws, it also contributes to the failure of a spin mop.

How long does DynaMop spin mop last?

Although we pride ourselves as a premium option compared to others, all products have a lifespan and DynaMop spin mops are no exceptions.

Typically, our spin mops last an average of 3-5 years, depending on individual usage. However, we are fairly confident that our spin mops can last you a lifetime.

What are the differences between the Eco-Stepper(Foot Pedal) / Eco-Plunger(Hand Press) / Dual Function Model?

Foot Pedal – The spin mechanism is located on the pail bucket. The spinning action is created by stepping onto the foot pedal with an upward and downward motion.
Hand Press – The spin mechanism is located inside the mop handle stick. The spinning action is created by pushing and pulling with a downward and upward motion.
Dual Function – Mop handle stick and the pail bucket has a spin mechanism. User can use either hand or foot whichever is most comfortable.

What’s the difference between DynaMop spin mop and conventional mop?

DynaMop spin mops utilise the physics of centrifugal force to wring out excess water from the mop head. Instead, conventional mops have to be wringed manually using your hands which might cause long term health issues such as pain or discomfort in your wrist.

Therefore, we strongly advise you to purchase our DynaMop spin mop to meet your cleaning needs and expectations without damaging your health.

How fast does DynaMop spin?

Our DynaMop Ultimate Eco-Stepper (Foot Pedal) spins at >2500 RPM and DynaMop Ultimate Eco-Plunger (Hand Press) spins at >3000 RPM (Revolutions Per Minute)

Will DynaMop bucket leave rust stains on my flooring?

All DynaMop spin mops will never stain your floor with rust marks as critical metal parts are made of stainless steel.

Should you ever encounter such events, kindly contact us so that we can investigate and issue a full refund if necessary.

After Purchasing

Why isn’t my mop head dry and there are white stuff when I rinse it?

It’s normal for some white lint to surface on the first few rinse because the microfibre mop head is new. You do not have to do anything special as it will naturally disappear, just mop on!

Once the mop head is seasoned naturally, the mop head will be more absorbent!


Can I use other spin mop replacement mop heads for my DynaMop?

No, it is impossible for you to use other brands mop head because of the different design. Kindly do not force replacement mop heads other than DynaMop Fluffy Mop Head Replacement onto the spin disc. In any event of breakage due to third party accessories, your warranty will be voided.

We strongly advise you to purchase DynaMop Fluffy Mop Head Replacement to get the best and effective cleaning experience.

My mop stick is too long! Can I have shorter mop stick?

Yes, contact us to shorten it to your desire length for FREE.

Please note that once your mop stick is shorten, it cannot be reverted to the original length.

Help! My DynaMop spin mop failed, how do I send it for repairs?

Call or drop us an SMS and we will arrange for an appointment to get it fixed onsite. The repair or replacement of parts should take 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the complexity of the problem

In the unlikely event that your DynaMop spin mop cannot be repaired or replaced, we would either offer a full or partial refund, depending on the condition of the product.

How do I clean and maintain my mop heads?

DynaMop fluffy mop heads can be washed in multiple methods such as manual hand wash or thrown into a washing machine*.

Our mop heads are also detergent friendly and can be soaked in most commercial detergents and soap.

How do I choose my preferred delivery date?

You can choose your preferred delivery date upon hitting the checkout page.

Kindly note, we are only doing whole day deliveries on weekends and night deliveries on weekdays.

Can I self collect my order?

Yes you may do so at our registered location, kindly let us know by contacting us.

Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?

Yes, it is possible if the delivery address is on mainland Singapore only.

Outside of mainland Singapore includes Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Saint John’s Island and other areas deemed remote locations by DynaMop Singapore.

How long do I have to wait for my item(s) to be delivered after I place my order?

Usually, we will do whole day deliveries on Saturdays & Sundays for most locations.

However, if you require your purchased items urgently, we can arrange for evening delivery from 7.30pm-9pm on weekdays

Do you do deliveries outside of Singapore?

No, we do not do any deliveries outside of mainland Singapore, this includes Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Saint John’s Island and other areas deemed remote locations by DynaMop Singapore.

Will there be any extra delivery charges if I only purchase one set?

Prices on our website includes free delivery regardless on the number of sets purchased. (Applicable only for mainland Singapore)

Which currency is used for payments?

All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of all prevailing government taxes (e.g. GST etc)

What is a security code/card verification number/CVC?


The last 3 digit code on the back of card, next to your signature.

Do I need to register and set up an account to shop?

It is not mandatory to register. However, if you choose to, we will retain your contact details, which will be retrieved when you login on your next visit.

How do I add an item to my cart?

When you are browsing our products, you will see an Add to Cart button on the page. Simply click that to add it to your cart. If you would like more than one quantity of that item, you can click Add to Cart multiple times until you reach your desired quantity.

How do I place my order?

Place your order online on our website at

  1. Browse all our shop or search for products, choose the ones you want and add them to your cart.

  2. Once you are done, go to the shopping bag icon located at your top right hand corner and click ‘Proceed to check out’.

  3. Review your items, delivery address, delivery slot and payment mode.

  4. Once done, click ‘Proceed to PayPal’ and you will be redirected to PayPal payment page.

  5. Choose ‘Check Out as a Guest’ if you do not have PayPal account but paying through your credit/debit card. Fill in your details and follow the onscreen instructions to place your order.

  6. If you do have a PayPal account, login and follow the onscreen instructions to place your order, you will receive a confirmation shortly via email that your order is processing.


How long is your warranty?

Most of our products are covered with one year warranty.

What exactly does DynaMop lifetime warranty cover?

The lifetime warranty covers only the planetary gear spin mechanism (torsion spring not included) and is applicable only for domestic household use.

The warranty shall cease once the bucket leaks through natural wear and tear.

Do all products come with a warranty?

Our product warranty only applies to the following:

  2. DynaMop Ultimate Eco-Plunger (Hand Press)

Do I have to register for my purchased product’s warranty?

Warranties on products sold by DynaMop Singapore (if any), do not require registration. Each mop set is tagged with a serial number sticker, which is registered in our database with your purchase details.

Please do not remove or tamper with the serial number sticker or risk voiding the warranty.
